100% Chenin Blanc, aged for 6 months on gross lees in tank. Soft scents of white flowers and honeysuckle grace the lemon/lime and green apple fruit tones on the bouquet and palate. It’s well balanced and accessible, with bright, citrusy acidity and a tough of pithy texture on the finish. Perfect with seafood (shellfish in particular), spicy Thai and Indian curries.
