100% Chardonnay

A famous appellation from the Côte de Nuits, known as much for its size as for its great wines, Gevrey-Chambertin boasts a wide diversity of terroirs.

There’s white peach, apricot and cedar notes filling out on the wine’s velvety texture. It has a perfect balance of subtle fruit sweetness and lively acidity for tension and there’s a smattering of grape skin phenolic adding salivating grip. Very precise, transparent and delicious.

Perfect with grilled lobster, crawfish, king prawns in garlic butter, poultry and veal with white sauce.
