Launched as a new addition to the Bepi Tosolini family in 2022, this Aperitivo Dolce Vita is based on a vermouth flavoured with an infusion of herbs and roots.

Designed to be served in cocktails like a Spritz (instead of the more traditional Aperol) or a Negroni (swap Campari for Dolce Vita).

Clear, crimson orage. The nose is full of citrus (pink grapefruit and orange) fruits, with delicate herbal scents. The palate is bittersweet, but with mellow notes rather than overpowering bitterness. Pink grapefruit leads with supporting herbal tones and soft vanilla.
The finish has more pink grapefruit and a long lingering bitter herbal note.
