Distilled from countless varieties of traditional cider apples harvested, pressed and fermented, then distilled in an antique copper still before ageing in oak casks for an undisclosed period. Aroma: rich, pungent cider with faint vanilla oaked spice. Taste: fresh and young with pronounced fruity cider flavour, light oak and cinnamon spice. Finish: lightly spiced (cinnamon and nutmeg) with light elegant oaky and lingering stewed fruit.
