100% Sangiovese
The grapes are harvested in late autumn, by which time the grapes have shrivelled to raisins and are already partially dried on the vine. Then they are left to dry in baskets until December, before maceration and fermentation.

Poised and perfectly balanced, this intense purple- black wine has a harmonious bouquet of red and black berries, with soft and sweet tannins on the finish.

Perfect on its own, or paired with red meats and aged cheeses.
