A crystal clear bright lemon/green colour with strikes of gold. Fresh sun-warm apples, ripe gooseberries, Amalfi coast lemon and white chalky stones on the nose. A big basket full of fresh apples and red gooseberries on the palate with a generous handful of citrus fruit accompanied by a bouquet of early summer flowers. Wrapped and finished off with a marked minerality of chalk and white sandstone. Drink it like a mosel Riesling that has some residual sugar.
