In their distillery, they replicate the ‘shipping solera’ method, as it used to be done long ago when rum travelled on pirate ships. They add a splash of Atlantic seawater from the Cies Islands area to give it its distinct and authentic character. A rum that revives lost traditions in its production to create a flavour unlike anything you have ever tasted before.

Created from a selection of the finest rums and aged in barrels that previously held Albarino wine.
