100% Chardonnay (20% of which aged for 4 months in French oak barrels)

Bright with golden hues. On the nose, delicate aromas of white peaches with hints of honey, slightly fumé. On the palate, creamy, soft, with balanced acidity and notes of bananas. Long, agreeable finish.

Perfect with grilled fish, roast chicken, seasoned pastas or light risotto, or even a Greek salad are a sure bet with this wine. As an aperitif it works fantastically with hard cheeses and creamy dips.
