50% Gamay, 50% Pinot Noir.

It shows a ruby red colour with violet hues. On the nose it is complex with notes of red fruits, pepper and forest fruits. The palate shows a rounder and voluptuous mouthfeel with a good structure.

Pefect with a charcuterie board, grilled meats, pates, pizzas and soft cheeses.
