Deep ruby/red colour; jammy, blackberry, floral and sweet spicy nose; dry, medium to full bodied, with plummy, dark fruit flavours and ripe fruit on the mid-palate; nice length on the finish.

Pairs well with grilled and roasted red meats, casseroles, stews, mild creamy cheeses, mature strong cheeses. Pair it with your Sunday roast!
