Dabinett A * B are two single variety ciders from the same year but two different Charnwood cider orchards. Fermented separately, different expressions of this apples’ character can be tasted resulting from a difference in terroir (eg soil type, altitude). Vanilla, orange, juicy and tannic in varying amounts.
