This is a single variety cider made using Somerset Redstreak cider aples from Charnwood ciders own orchard. A classic bittersweet variety, this cider is initially fruity in the mouth, followed by a soft bitterness and is reminiscent of late summer hay meadows. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.
