Fairly deep ruby in colour. Deep, elegant nose, with fruity notes that gain intensity with airing. The palate is well structured from the start, the tannins are present but polished and the fruit is perfectly relayed by the freshness.

Perfect with Normandie veal chop, duck breast with fruits, hard cheeses, wild boar.
