100% Chardonnay, fermented in French oak barrels (15% of which were new) and rested in the barrels for 11 months before blending.

The nose is immediately fresh and beguilding, with notes of candied citrus, stone fruit, orchard blossom and subtle hints of spice. The palate is rounded in the mouth, with gentle citrus and white peach characters, enfolded in layers of creme patissiere and hazelnuts.

Perfect with bok choi dumpling, sole, salmon.
