100% Chardonnay, matured on lees in stainless steel (and a small portion in oak barrels) for 9 months.
A lively, rich, round and creamy South Australian Chardonnay. Pale to yellow straw, Aromatic white nectarine, with with hints of peach and pear. Palate provides generous fresh stone fruit and honeydew melon with a hint of creamy shortbread richness all brought together with moderate acidity to provide balance.
Perfect with baked brie and walnuts or baked scallops.
