95% Viura, 5% blend, aged on its lees for 8 months in 300 and 500 litre barrels. The uniqueness of this wine lies in the contribution of a small quantity of manzanilla, developed by the traditional method of biological crianza under “velo de flor”.

Straw yellow colour with slight golden tonalities. On the nose it’s a complex wine, with fruits such as pear, apple, white currants and white flowers but also dried fruits and spices. On the palate we have salinity and an elegant acidity which provides freshness.

Pairs well with grilled vegetables, egg dishes, paella, salads, shellfish and grilled white meats.
