80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Verdejo, aged on lees for 4 months.

Light straw yellow colour, clean and bright. The nose shows fruits and white flower notes, peaches in syrup, hints of apricots, citrus and tropical fruits. The mouthfeel is light yet unctuous and creamy with body. Good acidity. A long finish with a touch of herbs and white fruit.

Try with fish and garlic dishes, chicken salads, breads or mild cheeses.
