100% Chardonnay (80% of which is fermented in stainless steel tanks giving the wine its fresh, light flavours then blended with other 20% which has been aged in barrels, 1 to 5 years).

This Domaine Des Malandes wine is 100% Premier Cru vineyards situated in the rolling hills of Chablis. What makes this wine even more special is the age of the vines. Up to 60 years old!

Light green crunchy apples with the slightest touch of mineral complexity and a long finish.

Serve lightly chilled with fish and white meats.
