100% Chardonnay

As far back as the family tree reveals, the Seguinots have always worked in the vineyards. Daniel settled in 1971 on about 2 ha of Chablis vineyards with his father and grandfather’s help. Later on, in 1975, he extended the Domaine over 3 ha of Fourchaume and Homme Mort vineyards. The Domaine has been constantly evolving over the past 40 years and now extends over 20 ha.

Very pretty pale golden yellow in colour with light greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid. The nose is young, fresh and vivacious in a whirlwind of floral, fruity scents. The taste is lively, pleasant and perfumed, revealing lemon and verbena on a fine mineral background. The finish is pleasant leaving the mouth tingling with an airy freshness.

Perfect with aperitif, oysters, seafood, broiled fish, pork.
