A bouquet of fresh cut green apple and elderflower lead to a beautifully weighted palate that combines delicacy and depth of flavour perfectly. Bags of apple and meadow flowers combined with a lemon/lime zest and a refined mousse, nice and dry but with the merest hint of fruitiness to balance.

Perfect as an aperitif, charcuterie, soft cheeses, fresh fish (like sashimi).
