40% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, 5% Croatina, aged for 12 months in big Slavonian oak barrels and 3 months in bottle before release.
After harvest, the grapes are left to air-dry until March, before being pressed and fermented.

Ruby-red in colour. Intense and elegant bouquet, with hints of morello cherry and light spices. It’s full-bodied, velvety, delicate and sweet, with a nice balance between tannins and acidity.

Sweet wines like this are better paired withseasoned spicy chesses, pastry and dry fruits. It can also be drunk alone at the end of every meal as meditation wine.
