70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
Gardet was established in 1895 by Charles Gardet in Chigny-Les-Roses, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.
The nose is fresh and intense, with floral notes. The palate is lively and releases the characteristic freshness of this wine, giving way to candied lime aromas.
Perfect pair to roast white meats, Loch Awe smoked salmon or Dublin oysters. Our favourite is with poached salmon on lentils.
