70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, on lees for 36 months

Concentrated nose with frangipane, vanilla and pear. The palate is biscuity and honeyed with a fine, persistent creamy mousse. The finish is long and very elegant with beautifully poised acidity.
