Made by Hinch Distilling Co in Ireland, this 10yo Sherry Cask Finish whiskey is a combination of a minimum 10yo single grain and single malt whiskey from a select number of casks within the distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate.

It’s light rbown with a subtle red hue and has aromas of fresh fruit with earthy garden-fresh notes. Subtle layers of stwed fruit with an unmistakable nutty aftertaste – sophisticated and complex.
