Deep cherry red colour. The nose has black fruit aromas (blackcurrant, blackberry) combined with sour cherry and raspberry. The palate is full of cherry flavours that evolve toward peppery, mentholated notes. A hint of cedar rounds out the fruitinesse. Silky texture with impressive length. Complex and fresh.
