100% Chardonnay barrel fermented in French oak barrels and then aged on lees for 11 months.

Butterscotch, spicy cloves, lemon/lime and orange peel with complex mineral citrus flavours. A rich mouthfeel and subtly balanced toasty French oak integrate with the long, tropical peach and melon finish.

Pairs well with poached veal with bernaise sauce, butternut ravioli with mushroom sauce and truffle oil.
