The lees ageing gives the wine much more body, texture, flavours and an overall nuance to the wine. The aroma and palate of this wine is complex and interesting – on the nose, there is the smell of freshly grated lemon zest and a citrus orchard but on the palate there are flavours of apricot puree and a very pleasant lime sorbet.

Perfect with pork, fish, poultry, salads, seafood.
