100% Chardonnay

Pale yellow hue in colour. Fresh and characterful, it blends aromas of ripe tropical fruit, such as mango and papaya, with gentle mineral and citrus notes. This well-structured wine is refreshing thanks to its balanced vibrant acidity which provides a broad and persistent finish. A mineral finish lends the wine great character.

Perfect with oily fish pasta (we can see it with a salmon pasta bake with quite a bit of cheese on the top), cheese, white meats.
