71% Shiraz, 16% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc

Merlot grown near the sea and Syrah from much further inland. These two star-crossed lovers would never normally come together, but here they do, to dazzling effect. And because The Liberator is a cheeky man, he’s thrown in a third wheel, by way of a little Cabernet Franc. The result is an incredible wine, tasting like classic Claret and a beefy Aussie red mixed and shaken together in South Africa.

Pairs well with BBQ, spare ribs, spicy stews, chicken liver, guinea fowl, burgers, game casserole.
