80% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo, 5% Graciano, aged 12 months in American and French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle before release.

Ruby red colour with purple tinges. Pungent, berry nose with hints of spice, oak, balsamic and toasted notes. Full flavoured yet elegant with dominant fruits of wild red, black and blue berries combined with balsamic, cedar wood and well polished soft tannins. Balanced acidity and tannin on the finish complement the fruit and give the wine ageing potential. Gorgeous lengthy finish with balsamic mineral notes.

Perfect with red meat, rice, pasta and Mediterranean food.
