100% Melon de Bourgogne, aged for at least 2 years on lees. Golden colour, clear, with yellow reflections. The nose is exotic, fruity and ripe, with empyreumatic notes. The palate has ripe white flesh fruits, exotic fruits, very nice intensity, roundless and a long finish of dried fruits. Perfect with hake with beurre blanc, blanquette of veal or hard cheese.
