At worthy park the rum is all produced from molasses and double distilled in a Forsyth’s copper pot still.
The nose jas light grassy aromas with underlying notes of dried fruit, green bananas ending with a buttermilk sweetness.
On the palate, there are some oaky flavours, butterscotch and some fruits. A little pepper, dry wood oak and some vanilla on the nifish.
