A 2007-vintage rum from Trinidad Distillers Ltd, bottled by Mezan at 10 years old in 2017. This is a light rum, distilled in a multi-column still, before ageing in oak. It was finished in the UK in casks that previously held old Trinidad rums, giving it an extra layer of spice and depth.

Fresh zingy coconut and tobacco leaf notes with some toasted oak andcitrus undertones.

On the palate, notes of lemongrass, capsicum and fresh black pepper. These roll into a light spicy flavour with honey and oak on the finish.
