A 12 year old whisky from Inchgower Distillery in Speyside, independently bottled by Mossburn in their Vintage Casks Range. Distilled in 2011, this whisky was then matured for 11 years in refill whisky hogsheads and an additional year in Sauternes dessert wine casks. A lovely expression of the bright and rich character that Sauternes casks can offer in whisky maturation.

Nose – Ripe pears and aprictos, honey, soap.
Palate – A light and vibrant body with bright flavours of pears and peaches with a gentle spice of white pepper.
Finish – Sweet and syrupy.
