Mossburn x Foursquare is the first in our annual Cask Collaboration Series. The spirit started life as a classic expression of Speyside Malt Whisky, first aged for more than 12 years in ex-bourbon casks before re-aging in American oak casks that previously contained mature Foursquare rums.

Bottled at batch strength this limited edition release is complex and well balanced as a malt lovers have come to expect from Mossburn Speyside, with a subtle banana and vanilla on the nose, and rum/raisin undertones on the palate.

Nose: Spicy and sweet with notes of peppermint, nutmeg, Christmas cake, marmalade and parsley.

Palate: Toffee apples, sweet spices and gingerbread. A little perfumed character and bitter orange peel.

Finish: Long, sweet, spicy finish.
