SWEETHEART is a bold sweet wine from the late harvested and very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes – they fermented spontaneously before they were exposed to the cold January “open air”. The wine is fruity, exotic and spicy with a refined acidity and fruit sweetness.

Its sweetness makes it suitable as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
