100% Roussanne, aged for 9 months in oak (40% new), and the lees were stirred for the first 6 months.

A wonderfully enticing wine with layers of lime, apple, apricot and blossom and fresh herbaceousness on the nose. Bright acidity and some flintiness on the palate are complemented by subtle oak and fresh fruit with a long finish.

Great with smoked fish pate with apricot relish, or salmon ravioli served with salsa Verde or even roast duck.
