63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, aged for 18 months in second-fill barrels. Elegant and expressive with a nose of vibrant black fruit, aniseed and hints of smoke and violet. The 2015 vintage has a lovely intensity of fruit held by a taut acidity and fine-grained tannins. The finish is poised and persistant. It can be cellared until 2035. Suitable for vegetarians. Sustainable.
