Pale primrose in colour with a lovely pear aroma. A delicate dessert wine. Flavour of conference pear & apple strudel. Weighty mouth feel, and well balanced.

Serve chilled. Goes nicely with fruit based desserts, especially pear & apple tarts. An ideal accompaniment with cheesecake, panna cotta, and some white cheeses containing fruit.
