Bouquet of hedgerow flowers and pear. Flavour of soft, ripe grapefruit and melon with a hint of ginger and touch of honey. Mineral backbone gives good balance with a long finish. An English wine in the Alsace Gewürztraminer style. Will come to perfection a year after Oct harvest.
