100% Pinot Noir aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Elegant, complex and smooth, this medium bodied wine has strawberry and redcurrant fruit flavours and a soft, lingering finish. The grapes were grown in the Casablanca Valley a region renowned for making excellent cool climate wines. The Pacific Ocean brings morning fogs and cool afternoon breezes that moderate the valley temperatures and humidity, allowing the grapes to slowly ripen and develop complex flavours. This wine is a good match to grilled tuna and roast beef. Suitable for vegetarians.
