Sparkling Tea is a new innovative beverage category developed by the Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. To extract the perfect flavour from the teas, the leaves soak in both hot and cold water for an extensive period of time.

BLA is based on a careful selection of 13 organic teas, which are brewed at different temperatures and time intervals. The blend is combined in one bottle, together with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon juice.

BLA has a long and complex taste. The first impression is fresh and lively with floral notes. It has a defining softness on the mid-palate, thanks to the white teas. It ends in a long and round finish.
