Pale straw with green hues. On the nose, it is refreshingly aromatic with strong elements of lime juice and citrus and subtle elements of sweet perfume. The palate is concentrated with flavours of zesty lemon and fresh kaffir lime over a backbone of racy acidity that gives an insight into the staying power of this wine.

Perfect with prawns, scallops, white fish, Asian dishes that have quite a lot of lemongrass and coriander and sushi.
