Colour light straw with green edge. Aroma Intense notes of ripe apricot and pink grapefruit. Palate Mineral flavours with white peach and apricot skin. Mouth filling richness resulting from prolonged barrel aging and contact with lees. Will grow immensely with bottle age.

Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats or as an aperitif.
