90% Viura, 10% Sauvignon Blanc. The viura is fermented in new French oak barriques, while the Sauvignon in concrete eggs. They then spend 5 months in new French oak. Straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Good intensity of clean ripe citrus fruit, pleasant toasty oak and smoked notes. Delicious, elegant, light with balanced fruit and wood assemblage, broadening out on the palate and leaving a lingering refreshing taste of toasty ripe fruit notes and citrus hints. Perfect with paella, white meats, foie gras, fish.
