This 2500 bottle limited release is a bolder expression of Allt Gleann. Bottled unreduced, enjoy the refined smoke and brine character you’ve come to expect from Torabhaig, but with a bigger bolder profile. Typically Torabhaig nose with bonfire smoke, peat and light, sweet, vanilla-led oaky spice. The palate shows more smoke, salinity, maltiness and quite an obvious wood spice with subtle grain, capsicum and green apple touches. Weighty peat embers, a touch of cedar and sawdust. The finish is more oaky with a tickle of fire.
