100% Pinot Blanc

Produced ‘traditionally’ by winemaker Jean Michel Lihrmann. This 100% Pinot Blanc is blended from 80% Pinot Blanc Auxerrois and 20% Pinot Blanc.

This wine has a perfumed nose with hints of lemon. The palate is well balanced and delicate with more ripe lemon and citrus notes.

Pairs well with seafood, fish, salads, entrees.
