A nose of Seville orange marmalade, rose and a hint of lemon. Wonderfully rich and weighty on the palate; the rose and orange blossom come through and along with bitter sweet candied peel flavours. A lovely lemony acidity, gives excellent balance on the long, fresh finish.

Perfect with Bakewell Tart, fruit-based pies or crumbles, rich spicy foods, chocolate brownie with salted butter.
