755 Monastrell, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 4 months in American and French oak, plus 6 months in bottle before release.

It is a mature red, with persistent aromas of berries (blueberries, blackberries etc) and good acidity that adds freshness. The palate is soft, with great fruit intensity, light toasted flavours of vanilla and a long warm finish. A wine of great balance and harmony.

Perfect with paellas, cheese and Serrano ham.
