Akashi-Tai Junmai Ginjo Sparkling Sake is made at the Akashi Sake Brewery. Made the same wasy as Champagne and using only locally grown rice from the Hyogo Prefecture.

Ginjo is a premium type of Sake made with rice that has to have at least 40% of the outside of the rice grains polished away. Junmai means no distillers alcohol is added.

This Sake is a fresh, zesty and citrussy sparkling rice wine which is naturally refermented in bottle. Brewed using water from Mount Adatara and quality Junmai sake.

Delicious as aperitif or with a rich food accompaniment.
